$40M in Infrastructure Works for New Housing Areas in Charity to Commence

Improving Regional Services: Construction of New Housing & Water Office Commences in Lethem

The construction of a new office to house the Central Housing & Planning Authority (CH&PA) and Guyana Water Incorporated has begun in Lethem, Region Nine.

In the area of water, the $23 million office is expected to improve services for thousands of residents in more than fifty-seven (57) villages in the region.

Housing Ministry/CH&PA Engages Informal Settlers at Cane View, EBD

On Thursday, a group of informal settlers residing along Block ‘X’ Plantation Herstelling (Cane View), East Bank Demerara, were engaged by the Ministry of Housing and Water-Central Housing & Planning Authority (CH&PA).
