The Ministry of Housing & Water – Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) wishes to remind the general public to be on the alert for fraudsters and individuals purporting to be agents of the CH&PA Please be reminded that all legitimate transactions are done at our main office at Brickdam and United Nations Place Georgetown, or at our regional offices, where official receipts are issued for every monetary transaction.

Individual transactions are not and should not be done in the fields or by individuals making site visits. The only open-air transactions that are authorized and will be honored by the Ministry/ CH&PA, are those conducted at our planned and announced Dream Realised activities. Additionally, any offer for land allocations is done in-person at our offices during regular working hours.
