“Here in Guyana, Phagwah has become more than just a religious celebration—it is a national festival. It is a day when race, religion, or background do not divide us, but rather, we come together as one people, one nation, with one destiny. Today, as we throw vibrant powders in the air, let us also throw away negativity, hatred, and division, and embrace the spirit of inclusivity and peace,” the Minister expressed.
